Whoa. Check out RiRi's shimmery, super sheer gown! She sparkled on the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards red carpet in a custom made Adam Selman mesh gown that was encrusted with 216,000 Swarovski crystals. The pop star left very little to the imagination last night in NYC and was appropriately honored with the Fashion Icon of the Year award. #freethenipple?
